Table Talk in the Park

Please join us for a Table Talk as part of the Real Deal project that we are participating in. A Table Talk is a guided conversation designed to capture your reflections on what is and isn’t working about our society and how you’d like to make it better.  These conversations will guide research and future projects.

The Real Deal acknowledges that the systems that constitute our society aren't working.  Large interest groups drown out the voices of individuals, and profit is prioritised over people and planet — we need a Real Deal.

The Real Deal works to bring a diverse range of organisations together to collectively build a plan for our region that benefits both people and the planet. We are one of the community groups that are contributing to this initiative, and so we'd like to hear from you and make sure your experiences and hopes for Geelong are captured as part of this listening process.  Please come along and add your voice to getting a Real Deal for Geelong, every voice matters. BYO Lunch 12pm to 1pm
Table Talk 1pm to 2:30pm

The Table Talk commences at 1pm, but the process doesn’t leave a lot of time to meet you and get to know you, so if you are interested you can join us for a BYO lunch beforehand from 12pm. Feel free to bring a plate to share, or just for yourself.
